IN-STORE Returns Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchases, therefore,  shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Tazmaraz. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

 

ONLINE Returns Policy

We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Shipping

We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $7, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. 

Orders are typically packed and shipped by the following business day. 

  • Monday-Thursday: Next Day
  • Friday: Monday 
  • Saturday & Sunday: Tuesday

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
